Today it was the crispy peach cobbler and 2 1-quart “baking dishes.”
I’m going to chance it and use a 9×9 pan. Hope I don’t regret this.
Could you just adapt to regular sizes? Please??

My parents found kitchen keepers about two years ago and we tried to steal their copy! Fast forward to today where I now have my own copies of all of your books (more please…thanks get on that). I’m a forty something Bio Tech (HR…not science) working Mom who studied Poetry, English and Art History (for all those poetry jobs out there) back in the day. Your writing about food hooks me more than any food writing/book (and I used to live two blocks from Chez Panisse to give you a sense of folks I worship) I have met so far. I love your stories, humor and the possibility that I may be able to make your food almost as good as you (well there was that one time when I used the pancake mix jar thinking it was flour for the zucchini brad), ‘m a bit obsessed with your website, Substack and I found the Kenji podcast recently. All this to say, bravo and thank you for the joy you have brought to me and my family. Your best supporting cast deserves applause as well. You are top notch.
